Yoga for Perimenopause

For women age 35+ who are experiencing perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause. Whether you've practiced Yoga before or not, you'll learn skills specifically for easing the symptoms of the stages of change. The benefits begin when you do! 

Monthly Sunday morning classes online via zoom invitation.  

10am to 11:30am.  £10 per class, pay as you go.
