Service Description
Part 1: A blend of classical Hatha postures with gentle, flowing sequences synchronized with the breath. "Hatha Yoga teaches us to use the body as the bow, asana as the arrow, and the soul the target." B.K.S. Iyengar Part 2: Meditation, visualisations, and deep relaxation: - Mindfulness meditation, the here and now; - Visualisation meditation, fosters confidence through mental imagery; - Transcending meditation, letting go and guiding the mind into a deeply restful state. "You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes every day unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour." Zen proverb.
