Spring is a time for cleaning and cleansing, a chance to clear out the past, and old habits and attitudes, all of which are mirrored in your practice on the mat. You come to meet yourself and continue your journey to self-discovery, growth, and enjoyment of existence! The first hour of this two-hour workshop, focuses on the physical practice of Hatha Yoga, an invigorating, satisfying way to wake up your body, along with breath focus and control throughout, Pranayama. Cleanse your body and mind with vinyasa, flows of movement and ignite ambition in your asana, poses for your yoga practice. Feel sparks of joy each time you achieve perhaps what you thought you couldn’t do, go on, have a go! The breathing throughout lets you blow away the cobwebs and dust of the past to make way to breathe in new life. Now is the time for renewal, clearing out, opening the windows to let the fresh air in. The second hour of this workshop focuses on meditation, the cleansing of the mind and visualisation, immerse in imagination, see the life you can potentially create for yourself. To end the workshop, we practice Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep, where you can let go of any action, do nothing and experience deep relaxation.
